Promotional Terms
Competition & Promotion T&Cs
The following terms and conditions apply to all in-venue competitions and promotions held at Pimpama Pavilion. By entering or participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Monday 2 for 1 Meal Deal
- Discount applied to lower-priced meal.
- Main meal only, does not include entrees / starters.
- Available after 5.00pm until end of dinner service.
- RSA Applies.
- Management discretion.
Christmas in July
- Promotion runs every Sunday from 6:00pm for 7 weeks.
- Members only. Players earn entries into each Sunday's draw throughout the week simply by playing gaming machines with a valid membership card inserted.
- Entries accumulate from the start of each promotional week until the Sunday night draw.
- Members must be present in the venue from 6:00pm on Sunday to be eligible to claim a prize.
- 10 Christmas gifts will be available each week for the first 6 weeks.
- Winners must meet all eligibility requirements to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes will remain in the prize pool.
- In Week 7, one major winner will receive all remaining unclaimed Christmas gifts.
- Management reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time.

- Open to Pimpama Pavilion members only.
- Entries are earned throughout the promotional period by using your membership card.
- Hamper will be drawn Saturday at 6:30pm.
- Winner must meet all promotional eligibility requirements.
- Management reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time.
Free Drink for Dad
Sunday 6 September 2026
- Available Sunday 6 September 2026 for Father's Day.
- Valid with a lunch or dinner booking.
- One complimentary selected beer per eligible Dad.
- Must be 18+ to receive alcohol.
- Responsible service of alcohol applies.
- Management discretion.
Win Lunch or Dinner for 4
Social Media Competition
- Prize is lunch or dinner for up to 4 people at Pimpama Pavilion on Sunday 6 September 2026, valued up to $250.
- To enter, like the promotional post, share the post and tag a mate.
- Winner will be drawn Friday and contacted via Pimpama Pavilion's official social media account.
- This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part. Entries will be judged by venue management on originality and relevance to the featured prize giveaway. Management decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Booking is subject to availability.
- Management reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time.
General Terms
Eligibility
All competitions and promotions at Pimpama Pavilion are open to patrons aged 18 years and over, unless otherwise specified. Valid photo ID may be required to claim any prize.
Staff & Family
Employees of Pimpama Pavilion and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win any in-venue competitions or promotions.
Claiming Prizes
Unless otherwise stated, winners must be present at the time of the draw and present valid ID to claim any prize. Unclaimed prizes may be re-drawn at management's discretion.
Prize Substitution
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated. Pimpama Pavilion reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Responsible Service
All promotions operate under the Liquor Act 1992 (QLD) and Responsible Service of Alcohol principles. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to the promotion.
Management Discretion
Pimpama Pavilion management reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any competition or promotion without notice. All decisions by management are final.
Privacy
Personal information collected for promotions is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Winner details may be displayed in-venue or on social media unless otherwise requested.
