Competition & Promotion T&Cs
The following terms and conditions apply to all in-venue competitions and promotions held at Pimpama Pavilion. By entering or participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.
NBA Playoffs Promotion
NBA Playoffs starting 19th April
- RSA Applies.
- Management discretion.
- Bookings/table package must be made while NBA Playoffs are live, during venue's dining hours only.
- Select beers only.
Monday 2 for 1 Meal Deal
- Discount applied to lower-priced meal.
- Main meal only, does not include entrees / starters.
- Available after 5.00pm until end of dinner service.
- RSA Applies.
- Management discretion.

Social Media Competition
- To enter, participants must like the promotional post, share the post, and tag three (3) friends in the comments.
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and residents of Queensland.
- Employees of the venue and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
- One (1) winner will receive a $200 venue voucher/bar tab redeemable at the venue on the night of the promotion.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Any spend above the voucher value is the responsibility of the winner.
- Winner will be selected at random and notified via social media. Must respond within 48 hours or a redraw may occur.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
Win an Esky
In-Venue Draw — Game 2 Night
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
- Entry method and draw process will be communicated by the venue on the day.
- One (1) esky will be awarded to the winner.
- Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Winner will be selected by the venue and announced on the night of State of Origin Game 2.
Half-Time Throwing Competition
Live Competition — Half Time
- Participants must be aged 18 years or over. Participation is free and voluntary.
- Receive 1 raffle ticket with every schooner purchased.
- At halftime, 5 tickets will be drawn. Selected winners compete centre stage in the throwing competition.
- Land the successful throw and score free drinks for you and 5 mates.
- Maximum of 1 drink per person for winning prize redemption.
- Participants must follow all instructions provided by venue staff. Unsafe, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike behaviour will result in immediate disqualification.
- Participants take part at their own risk. The venue accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Management reserves all rights and decisions are final.
$8 Pints Promotion
From Kick-Off Until First Try
- $8 pints of XXXX, Hahn, and Tooheys products available from kick-off until the first try is scored in State of Origin Game 2.
- Maximum of two (2) promotional pints per transaction.
- Available only during the promotional period.
- Subject to responsible service of alcohol requirements.
- Available while stocks last.
- Not valid in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
- The venue reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with RSA requirements.
- Management reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time.
Pre-Game Happy Hour
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM on Game Day
- Pimpama pint pricing on schooners during the promotional period (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM).
- Available to current venue members only.
- Subject to responsible service of alcohol requirements.
- Available while stocks last.
- Not available with any other discount or offer unless otherwise stated.
- Management reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time.
General Terms
Eligibility
All competitions and promotions at Pimpama Pavilion are open to patrons aged 18 years and over, unless otherwise specified. Valid photo ID may be required to claim any prize.
Staff & Family
Employees of Pimpama Pavilion and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win any in-venue competitions or promotions.
Claiming Prizes
Unless otherwise stated, winners must be present at the time of the draw and present valid ID to claim any prize. Unclaimed prizes may be re-drawn at management's discretion.
Prize Substitution
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated. Pimpama Pavilion reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Responsible Service
All promotions operate under the Liquor Act 1992 (QLD) and Responsible Service of Alcohol principles. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to the promotion.
Management Discretion
Pimpama Pavilion management reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any competition or promotion without notice. All decisions by management are final.
Privacy
Personal information collected for promotions is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Winner details may be displayed in-venue or on social media unless otherwise requested.
